Ci dividiamo in due gruppi, tre per tappetino e iniziamo con gli esercizi a corpo libero: c’è chi gli sale sull’addome per fare squat o saltare, chi fa step sulla loro faccia, ma la cosa importante è che loro soffrano sotto il nostro peso. A turno li schiacciamo per bene e alla fine completiamo la seduta con un bel giro di corsa in tondo in modo che da avere tutte la possibilità di calpestare e schiacciare entrambi i nostri tappetini umani.
